Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes, we charge for the shipping charge but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order amount is more than BDT 3000 it will be FREE of charge.
Dhaka City:
We deliver across Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 3000 in value and under 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Nationwide
We work with Sundarbon courier to deliver orders to nationwide. If you’re checking out for delivery outside of Dhaka it will cost you BDT 130 for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.
How do deliveries work?
We deliver across Dhaka City by Sundarbon and nationwide by Sundarbon courier service!
Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered.
Dhaka City
We deliver across Dhaka City by Sundarbon Standard Overnight. If your order is over BDT 3000 in value and under 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
FIGDOT.com Office Pickup
If you order before 3pm, you can pick up your order from BDSHOP.com’s offices between 4pm to 7pm, Saturday to Thursday. To avoid any delay, please call us at 01676-421017 to schedule the office pickup.
Can I pick up my items?
We’re currently running a limited trial to allow customers to pick up items from FIGDOT.com Office.
If you order before 3pm, you can pick up your order from BDSHOP.com’s offices between 4pm to 7pm, Saturday through Thursday.
Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 01676-421017 to confirm the schedule of the Office Pickup.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered.
Inside Dhaka
We deliver across Dhaka City by Sundarbon Standard Overnight, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most orders in Dhaka are delivered on the next day, Saturday through Thursday. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver all major cities across the country via Sundarbon, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted from time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note: Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order is placed an order and get confirmed before 5 PM], Saturday through Thursday. If an order is placed after 5pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 5PM. Where required, your email may include a tracking number.
Alternatively, you can jump into your account to track your order online.

What do I do if I’ve placed an order and need to change my delivery details?

If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details.
